It has happened to me, Ricotta cheese is delicious and most of the times is used to fill cannelloni or eat it in lasagna. But there is always the possibility of buying too much Ricotta, what else can you do with the leftover or not even, but do you know different recipes with this whey cheese? Recipe: Citrus Water with Cucumber, Mint and Redcurrants

IMG_3944.JPGRecipe: Add grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange, cucumber, redcurrants, mint leaves (amounts on taste). Slice the fruit and add them to ice water, easy as that! (if you want you can add some stevia as edulcorant)
