783,000,000 people don’t have access to safe fresh water. The total volume of water on Earth is 97.5% salt water, and just 3.5% fresh water. And still, to produce 1 car it takes about 30,000L of water.
We clearly have a water problem… Let’s conserve our resources!

Michele takes us through the delicate and detailed process of making artisinal mozzarella, starting at 2 in the morning.
