Sleeping naked has always been a controversial topic, and definitely not something to discuss over a family dinner. But how much do people actually know about the real benefits of sleeping naked? The answer is quite obvious, given how only 1/3 rd of the people sleep in the nude.
In fact, most of us seem to be too attached to our pajamas and tend to spend the entire weekend in it. But when you do go to bed, Science says it’s high time you consider your birthday suit over pajamas. Multiple surveys have proven it to be an effective remedy for weight loss, which is one of the easiest remedies to date.
Moreover, it can improve skin and promote hair growth, while also preventing unwanted body odors. Talk about cutting your little fortune spent on cosmetics! All you need is to ditch your clothes and you’d fall right into a healthy lifestyle.
Having no barriers of clothes between you and your sleeping partner will also contribute to a healthier relationship and reduce stress levels. Actually, there’s more to this list of benefits than you can imagine. That’s why Snore Mentor has put together an infographic on 13 Reasons Why You Should Sleep Naked.

Yay, I have since was a teenager, but NOT if it’s too cold.
Hi! Thanks for passing by 🙂
I tried it last summer and it is quite a change, as soon as it got cold I was wearing my fleece again but I noticed I was waking up all sweaty some nights… I think it took a while for my body to re-adjust. I’ll definitely try it again as soon as the temperature allows it
Of course I take my nightie on holiday to keep handy in case there’s an emergency evacuation of the hotel!
