Sometimes I crave for something sweet but the “not-so-healthy” kind of sweet.
These sweet treat is guilt-free because is actually healthy!

Frozen Yoghurt Bars
- Plain Yoghurt (greek is best) or flavoured, as you wish
- Raisins, almonds or any other nut, dry or fresh fruit of your choice
- Silicon form (optional, but highly recommended as is easy to detach)
- Mix in a bowl the yoghurt and add the fruit or nuts
- Mix well and pour it in a form
- Let it in the freezer for a couple of hours (or for when you’re craving), slice and enjoy!
