    Great tips. I can never find regular soft soap. All of it is anti-bacterial.
    I don’t think I can do the coffee/nap thing, but wish I could.

      Caffeine is terrible for me but what I try to do is nap 10mins a day, always on my back otherwise I could fall deeply asleep.
