The cold showers are great for so many things. Another thing that I’ve found effective, contrary to a couple of these recommendations, is intermittent fasting. I’ve been very surprised at how sharp my focus is, and how much energy I have, while fasting until mid day and eating a small protein based lunch. Thanks for the post!
Hi Ryan
Thank you for passing by and your advices 💚
I’ve also heard about the many benefits of cold showers and fasting. I’ll give them a try next time, do you have a guide or plan you would recommend us to follow?
I’m not sure I really fit into any of the chronotypes, but I love the tips for boosting energy!
Thank you for passing by and leaving a comment. We think is worth trying them 💚
Useful post 🙂
I agree with waiting for a while before having a coffee. It’s OK to be sleepy for a while in the morning.
Thank you for your comment!
We’re trying to take 30min nap once in a while but is still hard for us to get deep sleep. We’re working on that 🙂
