Blueberry Yoghurt shake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of plain yoghurt
- 1 Banana
- Natural Sweetener of your choice
- A splash of Milk
Method:
Mix everything in a blender/mixer and add some ice if you want it cool. If you want the Smoothie alternative, just skip the milk and add crushed ice to the blender. Easy peasy.
All measurements can be changed according to your desire. Can be as thick, liquid or fruity as you want 🙂
