Apple Carrot Ginger Juice

This juice is a favorite because of its sweetness. It is very easy to make but does contain a good bit of sugar from all of the fruit. I usually drink this one with a meal to help slow down the absorption of sugar.

  • 2 apples
  • 6 carrots
  • 1/2 inch knob of ginger (peeled)
