My lunch meal when I want something nice but not too complicated

Tomato & Garlic Pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 250g Pasta (Rigatoni is highly recommended
(I used Mezzani taglian because I didn’t have other) - 200g Cherry tomatoes (fresh are even better!)
- Fresh Basil (or any green tasty herb you have)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 Tbsp Olive oil
- Parmesan grated cheese
*all measurements are to taste and approx.
METHOD
- Cook pasta according to packaging instructions and drain
- Heat olive oil in a wok or big pan, add garlic and tomatoes and sauté
- Add basil and pasta, mix well
- Serve and sprinkle Parmesan to taste
