 Recipe: Tomato-Garlic PastaMy lunch meal when I want something nice but not too complicated

Tomato & Garlic Pasta

  • Servings: 2-4
  • Difficulty: easy

  • 250g Pasta (Rigatoni is highly recommended
    (I used Mezzani taglian because I didn’t have other)
  • 200g Cherry tomatoes (fresh are even better!)
  • Fresh Basil (or any green tasty herb you have)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Parmesan grated cheese

*all measurements are to taste and approx.


  1. Cook pasta according to packaging instructions and drain
  2. Heat olive oil in a wok or big pan, add garlic and tomatoes and sauté
  3. Add basil and pasta, mix well
  4. Serve and sprinkle Parmesan to taste
