After searching for a while, I found this recipe. Is perfect if you don’t have too much time, don’t have a bread machine but want to make your own homemade “sandwich” bread (like me). believe me, is easier and faster than the no-knead bread 🙂

I’ve been making my own no-knead bread for the last month. That means we haven’t bought any loaf of bread from the bakery since then, (and we live in the land of many really awesome delicious bread options = Germany), but also feels good to make your own.
At first it may seem like a big thing to make bread because we were taught that it needs an incredible amount of time and effort to make bread, but this bread is so easy that even I could make it! Is very satisfactory I must say…
“When you’re coming home from work and are feeling worn out, taking even half an hour to make a healthy dinner can feel out of the question. Good news: If you’ve got five minutes, you can mix up something wholesome and delicious. Here’s how seven nutritionists do just that.”
This was the first time I tried parsnip, back in México I didn’t eat it (neither the celery root or parsley root). I don’t even remember seeing them at the grocery store! But here in Germany is quite common (or at least, I have noticed) to prepare these root vegetables during late winter. Today I tried them myself and I have to admit, they are delicious! They are easy to make, yes, it takes some time to wash peel and cut them all but no more than 15 mins 😉
I hope you try these vegetables, if you haven’t already, and let me know what you think of this recipe!
