Winter Storage: Keeping Your Harvest All Year Round [Infographic]
Written by Abby Quillen, Published on Fix.com

Recipe: Freestyle Broccoli & Tomato pastry Pizza
It may not be the quickest pizza recipe, but is quite simple. It didn’t take me more than half an hour, I can tell you.
This is what I do when I’m hungry and, either don’t have too much in my fridge but leftovers or my time is not much. I make a pizza, but not from scratch and not with pizza dough but store-bought puff pastry. This time I blanched some broccoli and smashed them a bit to mix them with the first cheese I found (gouda most of the times), seasoned with salt and pepper and poured on the pastry which I had previously put inside of the oven at 200ºC punching with a fork a frame 1 inch away of the edge. And to finish I added some date tomatoes halved and seasoned with olive oil. And in 20 minutes is ready, puffed and golden. Love it!
