No Recipe needed: Banana & Berries Smoothie

A layered ‪‎smoothie‬, I never thought about that until I saw this Mango-Banana swirl from The Glowing Fridge on Instagram. Inspired on that, I made my Blueberries-Banana morning smoothie decorated with a ‪‎homegrown‬ edible Nasturtium flower.

Recipe: Freestyle Berries Yoghurt Popsicles

20140724-120751-43671556.jpgJust mixed some red berries I had as leftovers from cakes and water infusions I have been making, mixed them with plain yoghurt and popped the mix in small popsicles molds. They are delicious and perfect for a hot summer day when you feel like having something refreshing and sweet. You can add some extra sweet if needed. Enjoy!
