A layered smoothie, I never thought about that until I saw this Mango-Banana swirl from The Glowing Fridge on Instagram. Inspired on that, I made my Blueberries-Banana morning smoothie decorated with a homegrown edible Nasturtium flower. Check other smoothies recipes Eat Good & Feel Good! Homegrown is better 🙂
