  1. I live about a mile from the post office and from my pharmacy.
    A mile isn’t far to walk and years ago any of us would have walked a mile to school or work and not given it a second thought.
    A few times when I have needed to go to the post office or pick up a prescription, I have put on my running clothes and literally run to the post office or pharmacy.
    In the age of COVID is does feel odd to be standing in line sweating and breathing heavily with a runny nose. But people see the running gear and usually smile.
    Now that I’ve done this a few times, I plan to do it whenever I can.
