I enjoy using my leftovers! I made this very simple and yet tasty salad because it doesn’t take too much time and is filling and delicious.
Eat Good, Feel Good!

- 1 cup of celery stalks, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups of tuna (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Mayo
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (if Greek, better)
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Herbs of your choice
- Mix and enjoy. That easy!
